Located in a private communit, with spectacular views of the turquoise water of the Sea of Abaco. This private Villa has everything you need for the vacation of a lifetime. Centrally located so you have easy access to airport, shopping, restaurants & nearby cays.

The space

Abaco Island waterfront beautiful villa has two bedrooms. The main living space is located on the second floor with a large open concept space with lodge like 24 foot vaulted ceilings and includes an eat in kitchen, living room, 52” LG Smart TV, bathroom and bedroom area with spectacular views of the Abaco sea. There are three sets of large sliding glass doors that lead out to a large terrace with outdoor bar and dining area. INDOOR/OUTDOOR DINING…you don’t have to choose, it’s a smooth transition. Dining Al Fresco with the option to be protected from the elements. Combining Cooking and Dining areas in an Open Plan.

Thefirst floor has a separate large Queen daybed, sitting area, 43” Sony Smart TV, bathroom and kitchen that walks out to a large patio that continues out to the beach area. There are also two outdoor showers. There are spectacular ocean views from every room. Enjoy a romantic evening from the masterbed with views of the moon shining over the Sea of Abaco.

After an enjoyable a day on the water and lounging on the hammock or chaise lounges, grab a cocktail and sit on the beach, or on one the terraces as the sun sets. Be mesmerized by the lights twinkling on the out island cays of Guana, Scotland and Man-O-War which are directly across from us. The stars are spectacular as they shine brightly in the night sky. Totally magical. The property is oceanfront with no boat dock, however there are several marina's with dock rental within 7 to 10 mins by car. Boat Harbour is just 5 miles away and Abaco Beach Resort is just under 6 miles away.

Guest access

Bahamas Island has plenty of parking space on the property. A rental car is suggested.

This Bahamas Island Resort property comes with an abundance of onsite activities: Volleyball, Badminton, Paddle ball, Horseshoes, official Cornhole setup, Beach Bocce Set-Kit, a Standup paddle board, two single Kayaks and one Tandem Kayak, Four Fishing poles with hooks and lures, and Four sets of snorkel gear. You will have everything you need onsite to have a fun filled experience.

Your host Victoria, who lives in the community, will be onsite to greet you on your arrival to walk you through the property and explain all its amenities.

Location, location, location! A unique, million dollar home on your own, private, secluded cove! Kayaks and fishing gear on site, and 12 minutes to restaurants (Wally’s). We stayed for 1 week, ate conch salad 5 times. Saw sea turtles and beautiful beaches. And Victoria (your host was superb; both available and helpful, while providing 24/7 privacy). We loved our stay.

Victoria was an amazing hostess. The location of the house is like from a dream. We found so many amazing shells right there in the yard by the shore. The water pressure and showering is a little rough and all the roads in marsh harbour are a little rough. Definitely worth it though. We did captain Swain's tour which was recommended and the day was perfect. I highly recommend taking his tour. I left a piece of my heart there!
